Tamarack homes is undertaking an integrated Planning and Environmental Assessment process to create a long-term plan for the development of Cardinal Creek Village - a new community that has recently been brought into the urban growth boundary. The process will ultimately lead to a new Secondary Plan and supporting Master Plans for both transportation and servicing (water, sanitary, sewer) for Cardinal Creek Village.

This website is intended to serve as an information resource for anyone interested in the project. It will be updated throughout the project to include completed studies, open house information, opportunities to provide feedback, and contact information.
